For online sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable device, stable internet connection, and a quiet environment. We make reasonable efforts to ensure smooth delivery but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access. We are not responsible for issues caused by your equipment, software, or internet connection.
Fees and Payments
All fees are communicated before registration. Payments are made manually (for example, e‑transfer, cash, or other agreed methods) and must be received by the specified due date to confirm your place. If payment is not received on time, we may release your spot to another participant.
Registrations, Cancellations and No‑Shows
By registering for a training, workshop, or event, you agree to attend at the scheduled date and time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the start time. All payments are non‑refundable, except where required by applicable law in Quebec. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no‑shows may result in the full fee being charged or the loss of your spot without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian law, Carla & Paloma are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our trainings. You remain responsible for how you choose to apply the information and skills you learn.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws in Quebec and Canada. By using this site or registering for our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
